Limits

You can withdraw from ZMW 16. The daily ceiling is $10,000. Method limits can differ, and the table above lists them.

Big wins are split over several days. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Each new day opens room for the next instalment.

Higher tiers get higher limits. If you regularly withdraw large amounts, ask support about your options. You will receive confirmation if your limits change. Never rely on a promised limit until you see it confirmed in your account.

A balance below the minimum cannot be withdrawn until it grows.

Proving your identity

The order of steps

Open the cashier and select the withdrawal tab. Pick the method, ideally the one you used to deposit. Fill in the amount, respecting the minimum of ZMW 16, and submit the request.

Normally, the money goes back the way it came in. It is an anti-fraud rule that saves extra checks. For crypto deposits, the payout goes to a crypto wallet; check the network twice. The status in your account shows each stage, from pending to paid. A pending request can often be withdrawn, which is useful only to correct an error.

Delays and fixes

Most delays have a simple cause that can be fixed in minutes. The table below lists the most frequent ones.
